The Think Bold All Access Entertainment Company is a student-run entertainment enterprise designed to simulate real-world entertainment industry careers. Powered by DECODED & Think Bold Technologies, this interactive experience provides students with hands-on opportunities in music, sports, live event production, talent management, digital content creation, brand partnerships, and merchandising.

 

This high-energy, career-driven activation at the Think Bold Festival & Conference will provide students with direct engagement in six key activations, preparing them for entertainment industry roles through experiential learning, mentorship, and real-world challenges.

10:00 AM - 10:15 AM | Welcome & Orientation

10:45 AM - 12:30 PM | Interactive Workstations (Rotating Sessions)

Format:
• Students will be divided into six groups, rotating through four activation stations every 25
minutes
• Each station provides hands-on learning in a different entertainment industry discipline

 

1. Recording Arts & Music Production
• Fundamentals of audio recording, mixing, and production
• Hands-on experience with professional studio equipment and software

• Students will create a mini-track or sound design project
 

2. Artist & Talent Development
• Learn talent scouting, securing bookings, and career planning
• Hands-on experience: Artist branding, EPK (Electronic Press Kit) creation, pitching talent to
booking agents
• Understand contracts, negotiations, and building a career roadmap

 

3. Sneaker Design & Customization
• Introduction to sneaker culture and design principles
• Hands-on customization of sneakers with paint, materials, and branding techniques
• Discussion on turning sneaker design into a business

 

4. Coding & Cybersecurity in Entertainment
• Learn basic coding skills used in music, gaming, and entertainment tech
• Understand cybersecurity threats in the entertainment industry and how to protect digital
assets
• Hands-on activity: Develop a simple app, game, or website prototype

12:30 PM - 1:15 PM | Lunch Break & Networking

• Catered meal for students, facilitators, and industry mentors
• Networking with executives, artists, and entertainment professionals
• Sponsor recognition & student engagement opportunities

1:15 PM - 2:45 PM | Interactive Workstations (Round 2) & Mentorship Roundtables

• Students will rotate again to experience a second set of hands-on activations
• Mentorship roundtables allow students to connect directly with industry professionals

• Hands-on recording session with professional microphones and software
• Learn how to distribute and monetize music

2. Artist & Talent Development
• Hands-on talent showcase and branding exercise
• Pitching an artist to a mock label or talent scout
• Understanding the business side of entertainment contracts and negotiations
3. Sneaker Design & Customization
• Develop a mock sneaker brand concept
• Learn about supply chains, manufacturing, and marketing a sneaker brand
• Hands-on advanced sneaker customization techniques
4. Coding & Cybersecurity in Entertainment
• Hands-on experience with coding a simple interactive music or gaming app
• Explore NFTs, blockchain, and cybersecurity risks in entertainment
• Learn how AI is changing the industry

Key Activations

Students will participate in six divisions of the Think Bold All Access Entertainment Company, gaining real-world experience in critical industry areas:

 

1.Live Event Production & Touring Students produce and manage live shows, concerts, and entertainment activations, learning event logistics, technical production, and stage management.

 

2.  Artist & Talent Development Hands-on experience in artist management, talent scouting, booking, and career marketing. Students work with artists, develop promotional plans, and assist in securing opportunities.

 

3.  Creative & Digital Content Studio  Students develop and produce podcasts, music videos, and branded content for Think Bold projects and artist campaigns, mirroring roles in digital media and entertainment marketing.

 

4. Coding & Cybersecurity Students learn basic coding and how to protect their intellectual properties and their personal brands. 

 

5. Merchandising & Business Development Students learn how to create, market, and sell branded merchandise for artists and events, gaining skills in design, e-commerce, and business operations.

 

6. Sports & Entertainment Partnerships Students develop sponsorship proposals, work on athlete and brand collaborations, and assist in sports marketing initiatives, connecting entertainment and sports business strategies.
