Please review and prepare answers to the following questions:

Who is the intended audience for your session or panel?
Do you have a moderator and speakers confirmed?
Do you have a clearly defined topic or angle of discussion?
Are any organizations, companies, or partners affiliated with your session?
What makes you and your speakers uniquely qualified to present on this topic?
What makes your session timely, relevant, or disruptive?

All sessions are scheduled for 30– 60 minutes and must align with one of the formats below:

Panel

4–5 experts discussing a defined topic, followed by a Q&A (must include 1 moderator)

Workshop or Masterclass

Interactive session led by experts focused on skills, strategy, or deep-dive insights

Presentation or Demo

Visual and verbal presentation showcasing a product, innovation, or concept

Meetup or Mixer

Curated networking or interest-based gathering to build community and relationships
