Marlon Hubbard after retiring from corporate America in 2023 decided to embark on a dream of being Chicago Style food to South. After previously owning and running Azucena corner deli and Three Layers Cafe, he knew brick and mortar wasn’t what he wanted to do. Instead, opening a food truck was the best way to share the South Side of Chicago with the city of Jacksonville by being mobile. On the trailer or cart he serves the best Chicago Dogs, Maxwell Street Polish Sausages, grilled onions included and Hot Italian Beef sandwiches around.

Chef Cues Catering, founded in 2023 in Jacksonville, FL, is renowned for its exquisite culinary creations, ranging from beloved Southern favorites to elevated fine dining experiences. Chef Yamz, a Miami native, cultivated a passion for food inspired by the diverse culinary landscape of the city. Driven by a desire to explore global flavors, Chef Yamz embarked on a journey, immersing herself in various cultures and cuisines. In 2017, she founded her first catering company, establishing contracts with the Marriott and delighting the palates of local celebrities and athletes. 

Valencia’s Flava established in 2012 is a distinguished catering and bartending service founded and directed by Valencia Hawkins. Our business is committed to delivering unparalleled culinary expertise and bartending service at remote locations, offering clients an all-encompassing experience marked by creativity, quality, and professionalism. Our culinary services present a diverse and meticulously curated menu, featuring appetizers such as bruschetta, seafood-filled tartlets & chicken salad tartlets, along with entrees ranging from braised beef short-ribs to shrimp piccata and baked fish fillet. Our commitment to excellence extends to Specialty Tapas/Hors d’oeuvres, with options like empanadas, mini crab cakes, and gourmet cheese boards (Charcuterie Board) to elevate events with a touch of sophistication.
