Participation as a vendor at the Think Bold Festival & Conference Marketplace is subject to approval. Think Bold Festival & Conference reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke participation to any vendor or product that does not meet our event standards, mission, or marketplace criteria.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Items inconsistent with the Festival’s focus on entrepreneurship, workforce, innovation/AI, financial inclusion, and culture.
• Products that are unsafe, illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or conflict with our sponsorships or community guidelines.
• Materials or displays deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive to the Festival environment.
By applying to participate, vendors acknowledge and agree to these conditions and accept that booth fees may be refunded (or forfeited if violations occur) at the discretion of the Festival management.
